Last November I had the opportunity and privilege to to go to and train with the 3 Alliance BJJ Team co-founders in Atlanta Master Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti, Fabio Gurgel and Alexandre "Gigi" Paiva. Also I got to meet a truck load of incredible Alliance BJJ instructors from around the world. I learned a lot and but I also had more fun than anything else.

First Strike Martial Arts Academy will be re-branding to become Alliance Jiu-Jitsu Academy - Kelowna. We are excited with our growth and to apart of the #1 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu team in the world 11 x World Champions Alliance Jiu-Jitsu.
