During the quarantine of the Covid-19 crises, keep being active. These are new and strange times for all of us. You're gym is closed and you're stuck in your house with a couch and Netflix. Sitting on your butt can be pretty easy and become inactive can become a habit real quick.
So you usually have schedule when life is normal so it's time to start to scheduling your workouts while you're at home. If you are not sure how to work out there is a ton of free youtube channels to follow for fitness workouts and martial arts workouts. You just need to find the one that works best for you and your situation. '
Feel free to write in the comment section below if you need a suggestion for a channel to check out or if you have a good channel that you would like to share with us.
Just keep moving and we'll get through this together.
Cheers, Sean

14 years ago today Master Carlson Gracie passed away.
Master Carlson helped the growth of BJJ and MMA more than most people realize. I feel fortunate that I was able to meet him and earn my BJJ Black Belt under one of his highest ranked students Master Marcus Soares.
The picture below is in 2006 with myself with Master Carlson Gracie and Marcus Soares.
