Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes
Little Eagles - 5-8 Year Olds
Junior Eagles - 9-13 Year Olds
Block A is Green Times
Block B is Blue Times
Your child can only be in either Block A or Block B time Lines. They can not be in both.
Even at early ages, martial arts can have a huge affect on the development of a child’s mind and body. Working with others, patience, conflict resolution, and physical coordination are all covered in classes, while developing a strong work ethic and sense of discipline.
All kids classes are taught by Head Instructor BJJ Black Belt Professor Sean McHugh.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes - Adult/Teen
Module 1 is an entry-level to the fundamental techniques and movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Applications of basic self-defence and competition are addressed. All skill-levels are welcome in this class,.
Module 2 is an intermediate/advanced class that builds on the basics. This class is recommended for students who have earned their first stripe and a strong understanding of the foundations and techniques practiced in Module 1.
No Gi Jiu-Jitsu This class focuses on Jiu-Jitsu without the gi (the uniform used in all of the other BJJ classes). To attend No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes you must have a minimum of 2 stripes or more on your white belt.
All-levels Kickboxing - Adult/Teen
The Muay-Thai Kickboxing is know as the "Art of Eight Limbs". You’ll learn to punch, kick, elbow and knee. This is a full body workout and the most effective striking martial art for self defense. Muay-Thai Kickboxing will increase your cardio vascular and muscular strength while having a lot of fun doing it.
Gear Needed:
Boxing Gloves and Shin Guards are needed and hand wraps recommended . Once you are cleared to be allowed to spar you must wear a mouth guard and Head gear.
Loaner gear is available to new students, Once you fully joined the club you must get your own gear for class.
